Welcome to relaxation
Care and support are the foundation of my practice. I listen to the voice of my clients and the voice of their bodies. I have training in a variety of bodywork techniques and prepare unique treatment plans that address each client's specific needs, provide deep relaxation and boost vitality.
Keeping skills fresh and developing new skills are important to me. I strive to expand my knowledge of massage techniques with continued education in diverse specialties. In addition to my training at the Arcata School of Massage, I have taken continuing education courses in Massage Cupping Bodywork Therapy, Myofascial Release (MFR), Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Craniosacral work and Reiki, to name a few.

Hello and happy new year!
It’s been a while and I know you’ve been patiently awaiting an update about my practice. I’m pleased to let you know I will be returning to my studio on February 3rd, 2025.
Online booking is now available. Click to book now button to schedule. Available hours/days will be limited/ for the first month or so, as I get back into the swing of things. After 4 months away from my practice, I need a little time to get back up to full speed. Please let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to seeing you on my table again soon!
Updated COVID-19 policy:
As of June 2024, my COVID-19 policies have been updated to reflect the current guidelines for healthcare facilities in California. I will no longer require masks that be worn in my office. While I still strongly prefer my clients be up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccinations, I am no longer check vaccination cards. However, if you are testing positive for COVID-19, even without symptoms, you must notify me to reschedule your session.
